Due to its success, the cooking workshop will be offered once again, this time specifically designed to inspire during the festive season, featuring all new techniques and preparation methods.
Let’s cook together a complete ayurvedic meal: a proposal for a long lasting health. During the first part of the event, you will have a short introduction about general guidelines related to nutrition in ayurveda. In the second part of the event, you will cook a whole ayurvedic meal and during the last part, you will enjoy this nourishing, easy to digest dinner!
